About Us
About us!
At The Blue Hoof, we're on a mission to make hoof care simple, effective, and clean. Built by horse people, for horse people, we know the struggle of battling thrush, soft soles, and funky frogs—especially in wet or muddy environments. That’s why we created The Blue Spray and The Blue Clay: fast-acting, mess-free solutions made with natural ingredients like copper sulfate, vinegar, and bentonite clay, trusted by farriers, vets, and riders across the country.
We started The Blue Hoof because we were tired of choosing between products that were either too harsh or just didn’t work. Our formulas are designed to penetrate deep, dry fast, and support a healthy hoof environment—without the mess or hassle.
Today, The Blue Hoof is a best-selling equine care brand helping thousands of horse owners find reliable, natural solutions for hoof thrush, soft soles, and frog infections. Whether you’re a weekend trail rider or a full-time competitor, we’re here to help you keep your horse’s hooves healthy, strong, and ready for anything.
Meet the Team!
Conner

At the heart of it all is Conner, who has always had a steady, patient way with animals. Horses especially seem to respond to him, and that natural connection is something we’ve always respected.
He started as a groom in the hunter-jumper circuit, and over time expanded into farriery and equine sports massage. He’s put in the hours learning, asking questions, and staying hands-on.
As head of product, Conner brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to what we create. He cares deeply about doing things the right way and about the well-being of the horses we serve, and that commitment continues to shape the standards we hold ourselves to.
Rachel

After graduating from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business in 2019 with a degree in Business Administration, she had the opportunity to work at both large companies and small businesses across real estate and media. Each experience taught her something different, and she’s grateful for the perspective they gave her.
But no matter where she was working, she always felt pulled back to the barn. Horses have quietly shaped her life for as long as she can remember, largely because of her family’s involvement in the equestrian community. Some of her favorite moments are the simplest ones — standing by the arena watching her sister ride, or just being around the horses. It’s the place that has always felt the most steady and familiar to her.
